MEET THE FOUNDER
I started my first business at 21 with one bounce house, a U-Haul truck, and the belief that I could build something meaningful.
That business, Big Bounce Event & Party Rentals, is still serving schools, churches, and families across Washtenaw County today. Through countless events, I had a front-row seat to what kids actually get excited about—and I started noticing a gap.
There weren't many experiences that felt both fun and engaging, especially for older kids. Everything seemed to be the same few activities repeated over and over again.
Then I watched a Shark Tank episode featuring a slime experience, and something clicked.
What caught my attention wasn't just the slime—it was the science behind it.
Slime is more than a toy. It's a hands-on introduction to chemistry, polymers, measurements, reactions, textures, and sensory exploration. Kids are learning without even realizing they're learning.
As I learned more, I couldn't stop thinking about my younger self. I would've loved something like this growing up—a chance to create, experiment, get messy, and discover how science works in a way that actually felt exciting.
That's how Lemme Slime was born.
Our mission is simple: create unforgettable experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Because the best learning doesn't always happen behind a desk. Sometimes it starts with a handful of slime.
